The graduation ceremony started at 3.30pm and ended at around 5.30pm. Tak was the 3rd person receiving his degree, there were 8 PhD from the School of Economic and Finance. He had to stayed on the stage with other PhD graduands (sitting at the back row) after he received his degree. He was the youngest one amongst
PhD graduands. I can't imagine if I have Tak as my lecturer in the Uni... ah boy's look!
After the ceremony, we were invited to a small gathering organised by the School. Hmm... no fun there. Big people were busy talking and entertaining each other but I was glazing at the foods! Loved the blue cheese "wink". That gathering was actually good for Tak's networking.
After everything, we went to a Chinese Restaurant to celebrate Tak's achievement... another excuse to eat! hehe... Usually I would say no if Tak wants to order lobster, but tonight I let him. Why not lobster? Cos we are not big eaters, after eating the lobster will be full and can't eat other things. Btw, the lobster was really yummy. I did take a photo of it but did not turn out nicely so I decided not to blog about it. It was steamed lobster, simple but it brings out
the nature sweetness and taste of the lobster. The manager offered us free soup, fruit and biscuits. Was it because we ordered lobster?
We got home at around 10pm. Been a busy day... both of us are so tired. Good night my love, sweet dreams. Thanks for sharing this special moment with me.
