Reunion Dinner

I am so happy today... the reason is Takemi.

Had 3 courses dinner and a glass of wine for dinner. I was busy serving and and eating until forgot to take the photo of foods I prepared for All Recipe. Normally I will take a photo of dishes I cooked using recipe from Allrecipe.com and post my own photo on All Recipe. It's kind of satisfaction to see my creation on the web.

Seafood cream soup for starter, both Takemi and I love this soup very much. As for main course, I use recipe from All Recipe, Rosemary Marinated Lamb Chop serve with honey beans. (http://maindish.allrecipes.com/AZ/RsmryMrintdLmbChps.asp) It was my first time to use Rosemary in cooking, I am not sure if I had put too much as the taste of Rosemary is quite strong, or it is suppose to be like that? Anyway, I like this recipe and will try again with lamb shank.

Dessert's recipe is from another web page (http://www.csc.gov.sg/recipes/readers/ginachoong.htm), simply chocolate icecream on top of chocolate cake, serve with strawberry at the side. I changed the recipe a bit, I though it would be too soggy if I put the strawberry sauce over the sliced cake. Anyway, I like the presentation of dessert, maybe I will make one for photo taking tomorrow as I still have all the ingredients.

My darling is sleeping in the couch like a baby now... after long flight and busy days in Japan.
