Engineer vs Housewife

Awhile ago we had McDonald delivery, T's friend (F) was at our place then. Once our order arrived, John was very excited and kept pulling my pants and called "mama mama...". Food, he wanted. To shut his mouth, I had to unwrap the food as fast as possible. So, I grabbed my drink (it was still in plastic carrier) and inserted the straw. John was satisfied once he got something.

Later on when I saw F trying very hard to untie the plastic carrier, I taught him the way I did. T interrupted "Let him do his way, he is an engineer. Engineer always try to solve the problem." What could I say then? Let it be. Well, that's the big difference between engineer and housewife when comes to this kind of problem solving.
