Kyoto - Part I

I went to Kyoto Imperial Palace twice, the first time was with John when T had to attend conference. Imperial Palace has a big garden surrounding it, spent 2 hours just for walking in the garden. We couldn't enter the palace as prior written permission from the Imperial office is required. It was a good place for sakura and peach flowers. Some people had picnic under the sakura trees despite the cold weather. More photos of sakura and peach flowers next post.

We had picnic in the garden too, bought bento from convenient store nearby. After picnic, papa brought John to the playground. It was John's first time to be on the horse, I could tell from his smile that he loved it very much.

Movie Studio - studio for mostly samurai movies. There were movie shooting when we visited there, T saw his idol from afar.

There were shows and dress-up corner, staff dressed in traditional costume were walking around in the studio. Lots of old building for samurai movies, other than that nothing much to see in there actually.
