Around 3am, I screamed cos of the cramp when I tried to stretch my legs. Darling asked with sleepy eyes "Water break?" First time he asked me this question. Later, I felt a strong kick at the "window", in my mind "John, don't kick mommy please" then I fell asleep again. Minutes later, I felt the kicking again followed by stream of warm "water". Actually I was not sure was that water or blood at the moment , I was really scared. I pushed T "Darling... darling, water break!" Then I lied in the bed thinking of what should I do next. Looked at the clock, it was 4am in the morning.
Took a deep breath and told myself to calm down. T got me a towel, but the water seemed leaking non-stop. Anyhow, I managed to change and put on a sanitary pad. I had got everything ready before hand, pre-natal card and necessary items to bring to hospital all packed and kept in the car. T was happy that water broke at that time cos he was with me and there was not any traffic on the way to hospital. On the way to hospital, I worried about John cos I could not feel any movement.
Once arrived at the hospital, I was sent to the labour ward. Soon after admitted, nurse performed a CTG. I felt much better when I heard the horse racing sound came from the CTG machine... relieved.
